Linen Quilted Cushion – Hooded Plover (“Circle of Life”)

Description

Locally printed onto a cotton linen is my digital watercolor painting of the endangered Hooded Plover.

I have custom quilted the cushion in a design called “Circle of Life”. This is a one-of-a-kind piece featuring free motion quilting of pebbles and ruler work of circles.

The cushion is backed in a cream linen with zipper closure and measures 45 x 45 cm. (I have added some hand stitches to further obscure the opening).

A truly unique homeware with a very special purpose – 10% of the sale price for this product, and all products in my “Conservation Series – Hooded Plover” is donated to Birdlife Australia to help fund the conservation of this precious species.
